A business is mentioned without an account

A Node or tag does not create a Business account.

I received BLACK feedback

BLACK is the author’s perspective; reply respectfully or report unlawful/rule-breaking content.

How do I link and import from YouTube?

Where “Link public page” is available, select YouTube and enter the public channel. From Home, use “Import new content”. New videos are imported as drafts to be completed with at least one Node and PINK or BLACK before publication.

Why does imported content say “Imported from YouTube”?

The label identifies the external source and keeps a link to the original video. Public metadata such as title, description and thumbnail may be used to represent the imported Experience.

How do Explore and the user/business lists work?

Explore shows Citizens and Businesses separately. When profiles exceed the initial-view limit, use “See more users” or “See more businesses” to open the dedicated full list.

How do I choose which profile information is shown?

Use the available visibility settings in profile editing. Location and country are shown to others only if you choose to make them visible. You can also configure supported public pages to display on your profile.

Are public social pages and YouTube association the same thing?

No. Public pages such as a website, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Telegram, TikTok, X and YouTube can be displayed as external profile links. The YouTube association used for content checking/importing is separate and may include verification and specific settings.

How do Strette and messages work?

A Stretta is a connection between accounts and may remove or change the message limit. When there is no Stretta, the interface shows the limit that applies to the conversation.

What happens when I delete a conversation?

The conversation is removed from your view. If you later start a conversation again with the same account, it starts for you without displaying messages from the previous session. Removing it from your view does not automatically delete the other participant’s history.

How does “Work with us” work?

From the official PINKBLCK profile you can open “Work with us” and submit an application. The form asks for the information shown in the interface, the area in which you would like to collaborate and a short introduction; you may also provide a phone number and attach a CV in the supported formats. Before submitting, you must confirm that you have read the privacy notice.

How do I request the PINKBLCK verification badge?

From the official PINKBLCK profile open “Request verification badge”. The email linked to your account is verified first using a code; then you select the reason for your request and provide information useful for the review. Submitting a request does not automatically grant the badge.

What is advanced badge verification?

During the review PINKBLCK may request an additional check. In that case you receive a notification and, on the official PINKBLCK profile, the advanced-verification card draws your attention until you open it. The form changes according to the reason for the request and may ask, for example, for video-call availability, a VAT number or an official reference.

How do I receive the badge decision?

When the review is completed you receive a notification. If approved, the badge is activated on the profile and the notification can take you to a congratulations page. If rejected, the notification links to Support information about the criteria and possible reasons for rejection.

PINKBLCK verification badge: criteria and possible reasons for refusal

The badge indicates that PINKBLCK carried out reasonable checks on the identity, representativeness or control of the person, business or channel indicated. It is not a certification of quality, commercial reliability, fame or merit.

General reasons

  • The information provided is insufficient, incomplete, inconsistent or cannot be verified.
  • Account data does not match public or official sources or the information supplied during verification.
  • PINKBLCK cannot confirm with reasonable certainty the applicant’s identity, ownership of the business or control of the declared channel or page.
  • Advanced verification was not completed, supporting documents or references are insufficient, or required content is no longer accessible when reviewed.
  • The available evidence is not sufficient to award the badge under PINKBLCK’s verification criteria.

Public figure

  • The applicant’s identity or correspondence with the stated public figure could not be adequately confirmed.
  • The requested video call was not completed or the information supplied did not allow a sufficiently reliable verification.
  • Available public sources do not provide enough evidence to confirm the claimed public representation.

Business / recognised activity

  • VAT number, business name, website, contact details or other references are not sufficiently consistent or verifiable.
  • It was not possible to confirm that the applicant is authorised to represent the stated business.
  • The business or the available public information does not yet allow a sufficiently strong verification.

Creator / official public channel or page

  • The verification-content link does not come from the declared channel or page, is not public, is no longer accessible, or does not contain the PINKBLCK code assigned to the request.
  • The published content does not provide sufficient evidence that the applicant actually controls the channel or page.
  • The creator’s channel, public page or public presence may still be too recent, limited or not sufficiently recognisable for PINKBLCK to assess its authority and identity with reasonable certainty. You may apply again when the channel or page has developed a more established public presence.
  • The channel name, content, public references or other information do not match the data declared in the request.
  • The requested proof is incomplete or the content could not be checked before it was removed or changed.
There is not necessarily a fixed threshold for followers, views or channel age: the assessment considers recognisability, consistency, authenticity and verifiability as a whole. A new request may be submitted when stronger or updated evidence is available.
