Terms and Conditions
These Terms govern access to PINKBLCK and complement the Community Guidelines, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
1. Service
PINKBLCK is a social platform for profiles, Experiences, Nodes, tags, interactions, search and messaging. Features may change for technical, legal, safety or product reasons.
2. Accounts and age
Restricted features require an account. PINKBLCK is not intended for users under 14; additional legal requirements for minors remain applicable.
3. Citizen and Business
Citizen represents a person; Business represents an activity or professional identity. Impersonation is prohibited.
4. User content
Users retain their rights and grant PINKBLCK a non-exclusive licence limited to hosting, technical formatting, displaying and distributing content through chosen features.
5. Nodes, tags and PINK/BLACK
Manual tags are user-created links. PINK/BLACK expresses the author’s perspective and is not an objective certification of fault or quality.
6. Translation
Original text remains authoritative. Optional external translation may be inaccurate and does not replace the original.
7. Interactions and messaging
Social features must be used authentically and respectfully; spam, scams, harassment, malware and illegal material are prohibited.
8. Prohibited content
Illegal, fraudulent, threatening, discriminatory or rights-infringing content is prohibited, as are unauthorised scraping and security bypasses.
9. Reports and moderation
Users can report specific content. PINKBLCK may apply proportionate restrictions, removal, suspension or closure; reasons and remedies are provided where required by law.
10. Platform rights
Platform software, interface, databases and branding are protected; user ownership of original content is not transferred.
11. Availability
Maintenance and interruptions can occur.
12. Liability
Users are responsible for their own content and conduct, subject to mandatory legal protections.
13. Deletion
Users may delete content/account subject to temporary backups, security logs and legal retention.
14. Privacy and cookies
See the Privacy and Cookie Policies.
15. Changes
Material changes will be communicated appropriately.
16. Governing law
Italian law applies subject to mandatory user/consumer rights.
17. Operator details
PINKBLCK is managed by Aurelio Cusimano, acting as a natural person. For support, service issues and reports: assistenza@pinkblck.com. For personal data protection matters: privacy@pinkblck.com.
18. Implicit reviews
The combination of Experience, Node and PINK/BLACK may express an implicit evaluation without requiring stars or numeric scores.
These evaluations represent user content and perceptions. Users remain responsible for factual claims and respect for third-party rights; PINK/BLACK is not an objective certification of quality, liability or fault.
19. Public pages and imported content
PINKBLCK may allow users to link supported public pages or channels, including YouTube, and import public content according to available features and settings.
Users linking a source or publishing imported content remain responsible for having the necessary rights. Linking does not transfer ownership to PINKBLCK and does not automatically verify ownership.
PINKBLCK may retain and display the original-source reference and public metadata such as ID, URL, title, description and thumbnail. External availability also depends on the provider.
Use of external services is also subject to the relevant provider’s terms and rules.
20. Profiles, visibility and messaging
PINKBLCK may let users choose the visibility of profile information such as location, country and linked public pages. Making information visible allows it to be displayed through the platform; users remain responsible for what they choose to publish.
Messaging may apply sending or continuation limits when there is no Stretta between accounts. A Stretta may change those limits as shown in the interface. Circumventing limits through multiple accounts, automation or other means is prohibited.
Messages may include attachments allowed by the platform. Senders are responsible for the material they send and must have the right to share it.
Deleting a conversation affects the view of the participant requesting deletion and does not necessarily delete the history for the other participant. If the first participant later starts a new session with the same account, the platform may no longer display the previous history to that participant.
Messaging must not be used for spam, harassment, scams, phishing, malware or unlawful content.
